Optimus Pro G Smartphone with Snapdragon 600

LG today announced its latest flagship smartphone, Optimus Pro G. Though the Korean manufacturer does not provide details on the availability of the terminal, promises that will be presented and shown at Mobile World Congress 2013, anticipating his technical official. Optinum Pro G will have a display IPS 5.5-inch with a resolution of Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels (400 PPI), a direct competitor of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Available in black and white, even the latest smartphone LG has a cover glass with a gloss similar to the one for Google Nexus 4. Its dimensions are 150.2 x 76.1 mm, with a thickness of 9.4 mm.

Under the "hood" is installed one of the new processor Qualcomm Snapdragon announced at CES 2013 in Las Vegas and especially the version Snapdragon 600. This chip, according to data provided by Qualcomm, will provide based on the frequency and the number of cores a performance increase of up to 40% compared to the current range of Snapdragon Snapdragon S4 Pro 600 has an operating frequency of 1.7GHz, with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, expandable via a microSD card slot.
LG also integrate two cameras: a rear 13 megapixel with LED flash and a front 2.1 megapixels for video conferencing. In South Korea the operating system Android 4.2 Jelly Bean will be installed on two specific applications: VR Panorama, which incorporates the concept launched by Google in Android JB with the Sphere function (image 360 °), and a second that allows simultaneous use of two cameras of smartphones entering the recovery in the front view of the image back.
Finally, Optimus Pro G integrates a 3,140 mAh battery compatible with wireless charging. The data-sheet is completed by a module Wi-Fi Direct and Bluetooth 4.0 , has a micro HDMI and USB 2.0. Finally, it is equipped with a chip NFC as the Nexus 4. The retail price in South Korea is set at ₩980,000, equal to about 670 euro.
